  • 1 cup(s) Wheat Chex cereal
  • 1 cup(s) pretzel sticks broken in half
  • 1/4 cup(s) salted roasted almonds
  • 3 tablespoon(s) bittersweet chocolate chips, melted (see Tip)

Directions
  1. Combine Chex, pretzels and almonds in a medium bowl. Drizzle with melted chocolate; stir to combine. Spread the mixture on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.

  • 1 cup refrigerated bottled mango slices
  • 3/4 cup light firm silken tofu
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries

Preparation

hi again..well i have to say that i'm already doing better!yesterday for example my food programm was a)in the mornings i had eggs with fresh orange juice an some milk..latter i had some pasta and in the afternoon had some strawberries and some watermelon and for supper i had some pasta again.what do you think?what did you ate yesterday?
